If you’ve received what looks like an invoice for Website Listing Services, Annual Website Domain Listing, or something similar, do not pay it. While these renewal notices do look like a real invoice, if you look closely, you’ll find a line that says “this is not a bill” buried in the text.
We’re not sure where these supposed domain listings would appear should you choose to pay for the service, but our recommendation is to save your money and put your advertising budget towards Google ads or improvements to your website.
